Hellooo gorgeous people! So I wanted to take a minute to blog about another part of my life.I made a new years resolution to become healthier instead of the usual loose weight and I'm sticking to it. I bought this app on my itouch called Couch to 5k which you can find Here. It cost $3.99 but is AMAZING! I'm probably one of the laziest people on the planet but it works wonders. I'm also giving up soda soon (lord help everyone around me for awhile) and then will work on my portion control. Slowly but surely I will become a healthier me.
I have plans to run in a 5k marathon in September in Disney World with my best friend Janelle. So motivation is keeping me going.
